Synovial Sarcoma

A synovial sarcoma is a rare form of cancer which usually occurs near to the joints of the arm or leg. It is one of the soft tissue sarcomas.
Synovial sarcoma was originally coined early in the 20th century as some thought that the microscopic similarity of some tumors to synovium and its propensity to arise adjacent to joints indicated a synovial origin; however, the actual cells from which the tumour develops are unknown and not necessarily synovial.^[1]Primary synovial sarcomas are most common in the soft tissue near the large joints of the arm and leg but have been documented in most human tissues and organs, including the brain, prostate and heart.
Synovial sarcoma occurs most commonly in the young, representing about 8% of all soft tissue sarcomas^[2] but about 15-20% of cases in adolescents and young adults.^[3] The peak of incidence is before the 30th birthday and males are affected more often than females (ratio around 1.2:1).^[2]

Bila nurul dengar yg ada sorang batch mate nurul meninggal of cancer, nurul automatik teringat wan nurul yg meninggal sebab kanser pankreas. Keluarga kami ni jenis semua sihat2 belaka. sebab tu la young at heart forever. bila dah tau sakit, xreti nk wat muka tension. muahahaha Org kata, kanser ni dia attack org yg sihat2 je. yg kencing manis darah tggi semua tu xsgt tp xbermakna xperlu ambik langkah berhati2. tipula lau nurul kata bnd ani xmenganggu langsung perasaan nurul. seyes takut. tb2 terpikir, lau la Allah bg penyakit yg sebegini, dah bersediakah nk mati? amalan mcm xpernah akan rasa cukup. nurul seyes takut sgt2. 

tapi bila nurul baca kat sini n sini. Rasa bersemangat sgt. sebab ada je yg survive bnda alah. Kanser ni dia amat menyakitkan n lenguh. I've seen it for myself. maybe Allah saja nk hapuskan dosa2 kita melalui sakit tu kot. hurm... Doakan lah yg terbaik. Kadang2 takut jugak pikir, sapelah dlm family nk kena lagi bnda ni. Rasanya, dua2 belah family. family ayah n mama ada sejarah ni...

p.s: mcm2 penyakit lagi yg xpnah kt dengar. hurm..
