Reminder to self :)

When i grew up and become a teacher..

If and IF I became a lecturer in the near future..

This journal is a reminder to self not to do while monitoring students while they are answering their exam:-

1. Do not shout at the student, it might make them loss theor concetration.

2. Do not approach the student. You might make them more nervous.

3. Do not tell the student whether what they answer is right or wrong. You might make them shaky.

4. Try to avoid to help the student by explaining the whole silibus loudly. The students around you might become more worry otheir answer.

5. Do not speak rudely to the students. Especially teaching them guideline for how YOU could easily mark the answer. It is my job to search the marks and students job is just to answer the questions.

6. Try to avoid to look over teh students answer. They might panic and fobia of you walking around.

7. Lastly, care you voice and you way of communicating. The student might be sick and end up giving up and leave the examination hall.

This what happen to me today :) Try to look at the positive. Things happen for a reason. And us as human have to find that reason...
